Our Story began with a passion for provide high-quality, loving care to children from family day home. Our profession as a parent/educator saw a need for a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where children could thrive.

Meulora Child Care is a licensed out of school care. Our facility operates with kindergarten children and school-aged children up to a maximum age of 12 years. We provide a safe, nurturing, play-based environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and creative development of young children. We strongly believe children develop through play - a play that is child-initiated and educator-supported.
Philosophy
Our program will use the Emergent Curriculum as our primary curriculum and program guide. We strongly share the Emergent Curriculum view that when educators are responsive to children's interest, meaningful learning and experiences are created.
Meulora Childcare aims to create a responsive environment that energizes participation from children, educators, families and the community.
Emergent curriculum planning is done by observing the classroom during different parts of the day and using them to create meaningful learning opportunities based on children's real-life experiences and interests.
